Who pays?
The lab pays for the Laboratoire Pro plan. An invited practice pays nothing. A practice on its own pays Practice Pro.
What happens to my invoices and data if I leave?
You download a ZIP of every spreadsheet and every file at any time, including after you cancel. Passwords and security codes stay out.
I already use another program.
We bring your data across and set the accounts up.
When does the trial end?
A laboratory has 30 days, or 44 if it connects a practice. A practice tries Practice Pro for 30 days. Connect stays free.
Can I get the first payment back?
Write to support@clearaligners.ch within 30 days of the first payment. That payment is refunded in full.
Who is this for?
A lab, a practice, or both. A case can be an aligner or other dental work.
Does a second laboratory need a second login?
No. One email is one login. A second laboratory or a second practice is another membership, and you choose which one to open.
What if a payment fails?
You keep working for 14 days. After that, new work stops until the payment goes through. A closed account cannot start new work. Nothing already saved is deleted.
Is the software subscription on the patient invoice?
No. The laboratory invoice, the patient invoice, and the software subscription stay separate.
